Professional Boundaries

To ensure a safe, ethical, and professional therapeutic environment, all clients are required to:

• Remain properly draped at all times during massage therapy sessions
• Follow all verbal instructions provided by the therapist
• Maintain appropriate behavior, language, and physical boundaries
• Refrain from adjusting or removing draping to expose private areas

Any violation of these boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session.

Inappropriate Conduct 

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Exposing private areas or intentionally removing draping
• Ignoring therapist instructions regarding draping or positioning
• Making inappropriate comments, gestures, or requests
• Any behavior that could misrepresent the nature of the business

Such conduct will result in discontinuation of services and may affect eligibility for future appointments

Service Termination

The therapist reserves the right to terminate services at any time if a client:

• Violates professional or ethical boundaries
• Creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment
• Fails to comply with established policies
• Engages in any form of misconduct

Termination may occur immediately and without prior notice.

Refunds & Early Termination Fees

If a prepaid package is ended early due to client misconduct:

• A prorated refund will be issued for unused services
• An early termination fee of 20–40% of the remaining package value may be applied
• Fees cover administrative time, schedule disruption, and policy enforcement

The exact amount will be determined based on the circumstances of the termination.

Service Returns

Massage therapy services are non‑refundable once the session has been completed. If you experience any concerns with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly and professionally.

Prepaid Packages

Unused sessions from prepaid packages may be refunded on a prorated basis. An administrative fee of 20–40% may apply to cover scheduling, processing, and business costs.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates are non‑refundable and may be transferred to another person unless otherwise stated.
